Abstract

The Paget’s disease of the breast is rare. This case report’s objective is emphasize differential diagnosis of Paget’s disease and the importance of the early diagnosis. The case describes one patient with 81-years-old present pruritus and burning in the left breast since two years ago. The physical examination showed pruritic exudative lesions in nipple associated with the output of bloody secretion that after second biopsy has confirmed Paget’s disease. The Paget’s disease of the breast is often associated with breast carcinoma, it have differential diagnosis eczema and melanoma and the best treatment the early diagnosis.
